SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with CatWalkCool. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7-21 business days after processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. CatWalkCool is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
