RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Stickers
• Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CatWalkCool is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
